Boundaries keep us in a good way. When we are attuned and at center we can establish a sense of what we are available for and what we are not. Learning what you are here for and how to effectively communicate that with grace and integrity is a life long journey. That said, once we establish healthy boundaries it lets our energy live in service to our broader mission on this planet.
