Alex Sit was determined to help his Mum improve her investment position, as she was 'stuck' with multiple properties that were worth less than the debt they carried. The properties were costing her money. She was losing thousands of dollars per month. Drastic action had to be taken and Alex used renovation strategies to change from losing money each month, into creating $6k of income every month. Check out his story.
