Federal Judge Anthony Trenga recently ruled that the Terrorism Watchlist violates
constitutional rights of American citizens on the list, but offered no alternative to
keep America safe! Over a million people are on the Watchlist, with some estimates
stating that 1 out of 20 are U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.
But, thanks to a lawsuit brought by CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations),
this major tool of the FBI and Department of Homeland Security is now in jeopardy!
CAIR hailed this as a complete victory and plans to bring more such cases to trial.
