How can we ‘never forget’ the threat of terrorism if the media keeps lulling us into a
false sense of security? It’s not by accident that each year the anniversary of 9/11
gets more and more sanitized - and this year was the worst! If someone wasn’t
around during 9/11, and they just watched American media, they would think that the
pilots flew into the World Trade Center because they were lost or drunk, not that
they were plotting to take over the West because of a Radical Islamist ideology! And
many of us are colluding with the media to happily go about our day in denial of this.
But how safe are we, really, 17 years later? Not as safe as we would like to believe.
We don’t hear about all the attacks that were thwarted. Did you know the Joint
Terrorism Task Force receives 40 tips a day? That’s two tips an hour! Hear why the
9/11 Commissioners say terrorists are readying to attack again and FBI Director
Christopher Wray says the terror threat is worse than ever!
