Tick Segerblom is a attorney and politician first elected to the Nevada State Senate to represent Assembly District 9 in 2006. Tick was elected to the Nevada State Senate in 2012 to represent Senate District 3.[1] Segerblom is a fourth generation Nevada representative. His mother, Gene Segerblom (née Wines), served in the Nevada Assembly from 1992 through 2000 and was a member of the Boulder City Council.
His grandmother, Hazel Wines (née Bell), served in the Nevada Assembly from 1934 - 1936 representing Humboldt County. Segerblom's great-grandfather was William "Johnny" Bell representing Humboldt County from 1906 to 1914 in the Nevada Senate. Segerblom was Chairman of the Nevada Democratic Party from 1990 to 1994.
