ISIS propaganda has gone all out to provoke lone wolves to attack the World Cup, and one of them has already rammed fans with his taxi. ISIS has threatened a “massacre that has NEVER been seen in history before" because they are seeking revenge on Putin and Russia for its part in the coalition.
A U.S. travel advisory not only warned that terrorists may target World Cup venues, it also warned of harassment and extortion. And Moscow is requiring all soccer fans who travel to Russia to register with the police when they arrive. But, we can’t let terrorists win by not doing things that give us pleasure. So, once you hear this, you’ll be armed with the proper precautions.
