China - the same people who assured us the Wuhan Lab

didn’t spread Coronavirus and cause the Covid19 pandemic

-tells us their balloon is only studying weather and had been

blown off course. Yet, it traveled across America,

‘coincidentally’ taking in sensitive nuclear hotspots. So, not to

burst your balloon, but to urge you to take the threat of China

more seriously, this podcast points out that, just because

China’s spy balloon has finally been shot down, it doesn’t

mean that it’s the end of the story.

We start with the classic French film, “The Red Balloon” and

see how it’s a metaphor for China’s balloon. You will hear

about the many nuances to this incident, from what makes

this terrorism to what China’s motives might be, to whether it

was a mistake for the U.S. to wait a week to shoot it down

You will hear about the psychological impact of this incident:

denial, terror, paranoia, globophobia (fear of balloons), and the

connection to the "War of the Worlds" radio broadcast by Orson

Welles, that sent Americans into a panic during similarly dark

times. That incident involved the threat of martians landing,

which bears striking similarities to the China balloon, Japan’s

W.W. II balloons, and 9/11.

You will hear more about China’s malicious plans for America,

including how the spy balloon could be their dry run making

way for balloons that carry nuclear weapons, and much more.

Freud once famously said, “Sometimes a cigar is only a cigar.”

But, a balloon is only a balloon when it doesn’t come from

China.
