Neither San Jose's mass shooter, Samuel Cassidy, nor Belgium’s
anti-lockdown outlaw, Jurgen Conings, are Radical Islamists, but
both copied from the terrorism playbook. Unlike Radical Islamists,
they were not out to destroy the West - they had more personal
targets.
Jurgen Conings, who some call ‘Rambo’, is still on the loose at the

restrictions, and is out to destroy their chief virologist, Belgium’s
equivalent of Dr. Fauci. An ex-elite soldier, he stole weapons
from military barracks and left threatening letters before going
