Show Notes
The latest cover of the satirical French magazine, Charlie Hebdo,
portrayed a cartoon of the Queen kneeling on Meghan Markle,
a la Derek Chauvin on George Floyd. But, it’s mocking Meghan’s
false claims of racism - not racism itself! The meaning got lost in
translation and the outcry has been deafening - as has the
canceling of anyone who dares criticize Meghan and Harry for
their interview with Oprah!
After analyzing the cover, Dr. Carole provides you with a
psychoanalysis of the 2-hour interview - focusing particularly
on Meghan's two biggest bombshells: race and suicide. She
claimed that the Royal family asked how dark her baby would be
and used skin color to deny a title and security. She also
claimed she was suicidal during pregnancy and no one would
help her. Hear why both of these claims are blatant lies.
Indeed, satire is on life support in today’s cancel culture world.
And before we blame Charlie Hebdo, we need to be reminded
of the backstory of this magazine - the terror attacks by Radical
Islamists who disapproved of cover cartoons of the Prophet
Mohammed, why they republished these cartoons, risking the
fallout, and more. So, shouldn’t we be grateful to Charlie
Hebdo for fighting on for freedom of speech though it puts them
in the crosshairs?
