Alright, now for the game part how about every time I say murder that will be a single shot and every time I say Short, that will be a double shot. Now that the business end is out of the way we can jump headfirst into today’s dark enigma… so welcome to the New Year and a New episode of Dark Enigma and we dive into the Horrific Black Dahlia Murder Mystery… and has it been solved?
Elizabeth Short was just 22 when she was murdered in the most savage way - and her death is still one of the most notorious crimes in Hollywood history. She was found tortured and cut in half, her face horrifically mutilated by the psychotic sadist who left her remains on a sidewalk for a mother and her child to find. It was a murder obscene enough to shock even jaded Los Angeles to the core and the spectre of 22-year-old Elizabeth Short still lingers to this day.
Elizabeth was found on January 15, 1947, her body horrifically disfigured after her death. Initially, people thought she was a mannequin as her remains had been cut in half through the abdomen at the ribs. Each half had been placed around 10 inches apart and her mouth slashed ear to ear in the manner of a terrifying clown.
