A Chicago-area attorney fed up with his wife’s love for her two Chihuahuas tossed the animals off her second-floor balcony, killing one, during an argument, Chicago police said.
Jerald Jeske, 51, faces one count of aggravated cruelty to animals in the death of a 16-year-old Chihuahua found dead by police Monday evening, WGN-TV in Chicago reported.
The alleged victim told cops he was the one who approached Spacey in the bar and eventually exchanged phone numbers with the actor.
Spacey's lawyers also claim he lied about his age, saying he was 23.
But their bid failed and Spacey was charged with felony indecent assault and battery.
Other court documents say William, the son of US news anchor Heather Unruh, sent the video to his girlfriend from the seaside restaurant, where he was working as a bus boy for the summer.
On the same day it was announced that Spacey was to be arraigned on a felony sex assault charge.
Just before details of Spacey's charges were announced on Monday, he made a bizarre social media comeback, saying "people wait with bated breath for me to confess".
It marked his first post since he faced allegations in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, last October.
In the clip titled "Let Me Be Frank", Spacey appears to be in the character of Frank Underwood from House Of Cards, washing his hands in a kitchen.
As he shakes water from his hands, he glares into the camera and said: "I know what you want, and sure, they may have tried to separate us but what we have is too strong, is too powerful. I mean after all, we shared everything, you and I."
William's mum, a former Boston television news anchor, had said last year that former star repeatedly stuck his hand down the pants of her 18-year-old son.
