Just when we thought the Alex Rodriguez legal mess would quiet down for the remaining weeks of the baseball season, his lawyer Joseph Tacopina claims the Yankees continued to play him last year, hoping his hip injury would get worse to the point he would never be able to play baseball again. "They rolled him out there like an invalid and made him look like he was a finished player," says the lawyer who wants us to believe Yankee management would rather permanently injure Rodriguez than field the best team possible to win last year's World Series.
