On this episode of the Reformation Fellowship Podcast, Justin Schell speaks with Paul Spear about the significance of the pastor's heart for healthy ministry and finishing well. Paul Spear is the Pastoral Dean for Union School of Theology. Before joining Union, Paul served as secretary of The Association of Grace Baptist Churches (SE). He was an elder of Highbury Baptist Church and before that was pastor/elder at Gadebridge Baptist Church. He trained for ministry back in the days when Union was ETCW. He is married to Fiona and they have three grown up children.
