DJ Skip (New Delhi, India) Mixing his own signature sound, DJ Skip possesses a skillset unlike any other, with his unique trickery on the decks. As a DJ who thinks on his feet, he fuses his innovative scratching techniques with diverse genres like Twerk, Trap, Hip-hop and Dubstep. Skip's sound is versatile and he is not afraid to experiment on the fly, refusing to be bound by the confines of one genre of music. That is the reason he was picked as the national winner of the Red Bull Thre3style Championship in 2011/12 after which he went to Chicago to represent India in the 2012 World Championships Skip is the only turntablist to join the first ever reality show by Amazon Prime India, called The Remix, where he collaborated with the famous singer Akasa Singh and recreated Bollywood Music with his signature scratch sounds. He was the guest lecturer at SAE (School of Audio Engineering) Institute, Chennai, and has also co-founded many DJ Schools all over.
