Luke 10:1-2 (NIV)
After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.

The way in which you go matters...
A Chinese Proverb:
Go to the people
Live among them
Learn from them
Love them
Start with what they know
Build on what they have
But of the best leaders
When the task is done
The people will remark
‘We have done it ourselves’
Rejoice in the right stuff!!
