While Julian Assange sits in a London prison for the crime of committing journalism, a major breakthrough is unfolding. Four Americans are suing the CIA and Mike Pompeo for spying on them when they met with Assange at the Ecuadorian embassy in London. There are growing signs today that this case will not be dismissed and the judge will allow it to move forward. This could be a major positive step in getting Julian Assange released from prison and could completely change the dynamics of his extradition to the U.S. Journalist Kevin Gosztola joins us to discuss this breakthrough.
