Betty & Barney Hill were a normal American couple, going about their everyday life, until one day everything changed. While travelling home from a trip, the couple encountered what they described as a bright light hovering over their car.
Confused, they pulled over and this is where their memory gets blurry. When they 'came-to' they were back in their car, almost 60km away from where everything happened.
They struggled with their memories over this event for years, until they were introduced to hypnosis. What they recalled in those hypnotherapy sessions terrified them, and made their story one of the first and the most famous account of alien abduction.
