We kicked the episode off with working through our own personal challenges as we provide a voice to others struggling – Dan through his book and being an author advocate and me through this podcast and running a nonprofit in the mental health space.

Dan's book offers practical and actionable guidance on leadership and resilience from the perspective of military experts. Drawing on his extensive knowledge and experiences, he provides valuable insights and relatable anecdotes that make the concepts accessible and applicable to a wide range of readers.
