Later this month, Congress is expecting to receive a long-awaited report from the Pentagon revealing their investigations into unidentified flying objects. But there’s also been a handful of examples of pretty compelling video footage captured by the US Navy that’s behind this current wave of interest in UFOs. Vox’s Dylan Matthews explains
