Citizen, the controversial safety app, has a new feature called Protect. For $20 a month, you get extra security and access to Protect Agents, who can monitor your location and call for help. It’s kind of like OnStar, but not for your car. Is this service worth paying for? Recode’s Sara Morrison (@saramorrison) explains.
