Michelle Tam of Nom Nom Paleo drops by the studio to bring Josh a vinyl toy of herself (complete with bacon and meat cleaver) and tell us a bit about how she’s become the “Martha Stewart of paleo.” For her, that means having one of the leading paleo blogs and a book that was nominated for a James Beard award. She’s surprisingly not that hardcore about her paleo (she even eats white rice) and recommends that we all pay attention to our own bodies and notice what works for us. Sounds like good advice for health and business. She’s also not that hardcore about her business. Her goal is to keep doing something she loves and also have a lifestyle that enables her to take care of her family and stay healthy. Listen here for lessons on how she does all that.
