Mark Sperling: Do What You Love

Mark Sperling is a connector. He connects people to knowledge and each other through his Group Y events and online community. He connects brands to youth culture through action sports and music. For those familiar with the culture, there are a lot of flashbacks here, from the 432F show to the beginnings of the X-Games, Warped Tour, up to last year’s Complex-Con where Mark led the programming of Complex Conversations. In our interview, he tells us how he makes it all happen, braves the highs and lows, and stays focused on his mission.
