Jon Sidel has been a key figure in LA’s club, restaurant, and music communities since the 80s. Along with his partner, the late Matt Dike — co-founder of Delicious Vinyl and producer of the Beastie Boys album Paul’s Boutique — Sidel helped to create LA’s unique nightlife identity and has continued to shape it for more than three decades.
In our interview, he explains how it’s all rock n’ roll to him: "My goal was to be able to tell the man to go fuck off and do my own thing.”
