Two weeks down, two left to go. We have reached the wild and wacky midway point in the Alberta election campaign. The second week was even crazier than the first. NDP activists and their proxies in the left-leaning media are oozing desperation. This week, NDPers protested proposed UCP changes to GSA laws that would bring Alberta in-line with nine other provinces in Canada. The changes if implemented, would allow teachers to use their discretion to notify parents if their child joins a gay-straight alliance support group. The current law prohibits parental notification under any circumstances. There was only one reporter at the astro-turf protest bringing you the other side of the story. And he was harassed and abused by a so-called “anti-bullying” tolerance mob, catching all of it on camera. There is only one reporter asking Notley hard questions about her alleged drug-abusing cabinet Minister Deron Bilous, and only one reporter tracking down failed Education Minister David Eggen to ask him about Alberta’s failing test scores. Of course, I’m talking about my Calgary based Rebel colleague, Keean Bexte. It’s called the 63rd Commission on the Status of Women and the two week long gathering is hosted by the United Nations. At the conference feminists, politicians, control freaks and bureaucrats meet to plot the next stage in global women’s advancement. But, they aren’t focused on real things, like getting women the franchise in Saudi Arabia or freedom from a compulsory hijab in Iran. No, these do-gooders are focused on intersectional feminism, climate change and freeing women from the shackles of the patriarchy. Patriarchy, by the way, is just progressive shorthand for “loving, stable familial relationships.” I’ve been to this sort of crazy UN conference before, but never to this one, so I’m dying to know what kind of third-wave feminist madness is unfolding behind closed doors. Monday night in Toronto, Justin Trudeau held a climate change rally. It was a desperate and transparent attempt to change the channel from the snowballing SNC-Lavalin obstruction of justice crisis hitting the Liberal government and swallowing up the PMO. Trudeau has lost two high-profile cabinet ministers — AG Jody Wilson-Raybould and Treasury Board President, Jane Philpott — after allegations surfaced, that he and several high-profile Liberals and partisan bureaucrats improperly pressured the former AG to defer prosecution of the Montreal-based engineering firm. But the most pressing issue for Justin Trudeau on Monday was… climate change? That’s weird, especially when poll after poll shows that climate change is not a top of mind electoral issue for most Canadians. In fact, environmental issues regularly poll lower in importance to voters than jobs, pipelines and the economy. With the popularity of three carbon tax fighting premiers, Doug Ford, Scott Moe and Blaine Higgs, and the impending election of a fourth, Jason Kenney, carbon taxes and climate change are losing issues for the Liberals. But, somehow these two items remain Liberal flagship issues. They won't shut up about them! That’s because of the power and influence environmental NGOs have over the electoral system in Canada. It's all about cash, and they have a lot of it. Sometimes single ENGOs are able to out-fundraise major political parties. My guest this evening has all the details. Tommy Robinson flipped the script on the media and the Rebel had a front row seat. Robinson captured the BBC’s flagship investigative journalism show, Panorama, colluding with far left-wing activist group “Hope Not Hate”, to create a false narrative about him - that he was a sexually harassing employer and a virulent, violent racist. Robinson presented the evidence in a documentary called “Panodrama,” playing it on a big screen before thousands of adoring fans in front of the BBC offices. Since then, Robinson’s Facebook and Instagram accounts have been suspended, suspiciously, just as his movie reached 1M views on Mark Zuckerberg’s omnipotent social media platform. The Rebel was there at the world premiere of Robinson's documentary because, as Robinson’s documentary revealed, you just can't trust the mainstream media. Ezra Levant was on stage to get the other side of the story, and so was someone else Ezra brought with him all the way from Canada. Singer-songwriter, Kelly Day flew from Prince Albert Saskatchewan to the UK to perform her beautiful and stirring rendition of Owen Benjamin’s, How They Rule Ya. Today, a slightly jet-lagged but still fired-up Kelly, joins me on the Gunn Show, to give us the inside scoop on all the Panorama drama, and so much more.

Today, she negotiated her appearance at a Parliamentary committee. Trudeau waived some of his legal privilege, to allow her to talk at least somewhat. And she did. It’s about half an hour. I’m just going to play it to you in full, stopping from time to time to give my thoughts.

This is how you unperson someone in 2019. The government has learned something in the past decade. Now it uses the internet to do its censoring. No need for a messy trial. No need for interrogations that can be recorded, or appealed. Just have a friend at Facebook push a button. And it’s done.

The United We Roll Convoy for Canada has made its way to Ottawa, which has mainstream media smear-merchants working over time to discredit the convoy and the pro-pipeline message they brought along for the long ride. Without speaking to any of them, a Maclean’s editor called the convoy “white nationalists.” The CBC said this in a Tweet: “a convoy of angry Albertans and other westerners rolls into Ottawa today for a mass protest against federal energy and environmental policies that has also become a magnet for extremist, anti-immigrant elements” With one tweet, CBC managed to make the case for their own defunding while simultaneously proving how elitist they are about the concerns of everyday Albertans. CBC can't possibly know what people on the convoy are thinking because they haven't been on the convoy, except for a few hundred kilometres. Everything the CBC writes about the mindset of those on the convoy is speculation, laden with anti-blue collar bias, and peppered with a desire to protect Trudeau at all costs. Only one reporter has been with these folks the entire time, from morning prayers to late night hotel dinners, and that was our Rebel reporter, Keean Bexte.
