Show Notes

Justice Ginsburg passing has created outrage as well as excitement over  potentials to fill the vacancy - and rightfully so considering the  incredible power a SCOTUS Justice holds.

It makes you sit back and think, why is it that one individual holds so  much power in what is supposed to be a federal republic? The truth is  we're ruled by 5 oligarchs with no checks on their power. How did it  come to this? We owe a lot of credit to John Marshall for completely  re-writing the Constitution. In today's episode, we'll discuss  Marshall's "contributions" that are still effecting us today, and how  many who claim to be "originalists" really are way off when it comes to  the Constitution.
