Show Notes
Every American grows up hearing the same old tale from the education system - labor laws and labor unions are to thank for weekends, the 40 hour work week, and so on. Life would be completely miserable without these heroes to save the day. In today's episode we give the other side they conveniently forget to tell - capital, not labor, is what has led to dramatically increased living standards.
We discuss how new deal legislation killed freedom of contract, Menger crushed Marx's Labor Theory of Value, the legal pass to violence unions are granted, and much more!
