This last year has been one where my hormones just completely went out of whack and the thing that's been effected the most had been my sleep. Through a bit of research and a ton of frustration I came to learn that my cortisol levels have been way too high and that's the culprit for my 3am wakeups. A loot of listeners have been telling me that they have been experiencing some of the same issues so I thought I would put together a list of my five favorite natural ways to get some much needed beauty sleep. Some of the things on this list may seem a little wonky at first, but just give it a try and you can thank me later. ENJOY!
