Well, that got my attention, so I invited David Vernich onto the Real Wealth Show to tell us how he's created a passive income stream, while working full time.
David is a commercial loan officer who specializes in investor loans for the purchase of single-family rentals. He's also a long-time investor who started buying rental properties in 2007 and now co-owns more than 120 rental units
