Today's guest is a successful dance coach, choreographer and competitor and he's also managed to build a rental portfolio of 11 properties nationwide. Let's find out how he did it. Kurt Senser is a long-time member of the Real Wealth Network. He joined in 2008 so I've personally known him for over a decade now! Kurt had already started building his real estate portfolio before we met, starting in 2004. And since he saved pennies for every down payment, he spent a lot of time researching before plopping any money down. His five-year goal is to have a total of 20 residential properties. I am delighted to have Kurt Senser on today's show to share his real estate investing story.
