Scott Stay is president and CEO of CM&D, with 25 years of experience developing and managing over $23 billion in projects in hospitality, residential mid-rises, single family master plan subdivision, student housing, hotels, commercial retail and industrial campuses. He's also the design and construction manager of our project in Costa Rica.
