Gavin McHale is a former elite goaltender who was perhaps destined for the NHL. But he self sabotaged his potential career, then blamed everything else for his failure. He realized his mind wasn't up to the task with his limiting beliefs, and made MANY mistakes until he found the power of coaching, mentoring and MINDSET! As he says now, he would make fun back then of the person he's become now, but he's in a completely different place, with an incredible work/life balance and work satisfaction as a success coach.
