Tiffany Wylder is a Mindful Embodiment Coach with a passion for guidingdriven, self-aware people to step off the emotional roller coaster of living reactively and connect back to their sense of personal agency so they can experience more clarity, connection, and joy in their relationships, work, and sense of self in the world.Her work is grounded in a fascination with the human condition which she has been exploring over the last 15 years both formally through studying psychology, behavioral science, yoga, meditation, and embodiment practices, and through observing and cultivating shifts in both herself and her clients.Driven by her own experiences, and the impact this work has and continues to make on her life, she is committed to empowering her clients with the skills to consciously create and embody lasting change, and the confidence to continue practicing and evolving well beyond the time they work together.
