The role of the pastor has changed throughout the centuries – from spiritual guide to ruler of countries. Every church has a pastor (some have multiple), but the role of the pastor is rarely defined. Let alone defined, many don't ask the question, "is the role of the pastor even required if every Christians followed the Bible?"
In this episode of Real Talk Christian Podcast, Marc and Fuller talk about the roles that the pastorate has evolved into in the 21st century, if those roles are Biblical, and if pastors are even needed in the church.
