The Austin area has seen more proportionate growth from net migration than any other major U.S. even BEFORE COVID. According to an analysis by the Austin Chamber of Commerce Director who analyzed the U.S. Census Bureau's Annual Population Estimates data, Austin Texas population has grown by about 150 per day in the last 10 years! So what's going on with the real estate market here as a result?
