Frank Suriano, AKA Franklin Crab (derived from Brooklyn Crab), aka Baby Frank (the skinny fit Frank), hails from the Palm Beach Florida area. Frank is a friend, colleague, and industry vet with NYC Compass. We first met when Urban Compass was pivoting business models to resemble what we are today, working as an understudy / Jr Broker of another top team in NYC. He comes on the show to describe his come up, how he quickly became a successful broker upon leaving his old team, and what is he currently working on at present time. We also discuss the inner workings of his enormous 8 figure sales deal on a 1031 exchange, how I scared him by interjecting my thoughts into the deal (only by accident), and where his future is headed as we wrap up 2021.
