Forest bathing is familiar practice for plant medicine people. Why must we herbalists go so far out of our way to visit our plant allies in their native environment? Why not just read up on the herbs we love and then give them a try? Those are powerful questions that point right at one key aspect of what makes an herbalist an Herbalist.
