Show Notes
Trauma is a part of the human experience ... one we often struggle to recover from for decades. Mother Nature has always offered us medicine for healing through the plant people. Today, we're talking about healing from physical and sexual trauma with Amanda Dilday, author of Flowers for a Girl : Plant Medicine for Sexual Trauma. She is also the founder and a teacher at the Alchemilla's School of Embodied Herbalism in South Carolina.
