Patricia (Mallorca - Spain). Is a survivor of intrafamilial child sexual abuse. She is a telecommunications engineer, actress, yoga teacher and writer. She has studied and practiced meditation, happiness, self-love and self-care for the last eight years with the incredible result of her feeling free of shame and guilt. She turned her pain into purpose, creating a unique coaching method based on her own recovery process. She guides survivors to awaken their inner child, take their power back, and be at peace.
She has created The Green Mandarin Community, a private FB group where survivors can be there for each other and lift each other up.
She has partnered with Marta Parrilla to create Club Luz Mandarina, a place where survivors will benefit from weekly activities, expert advice as well as transformational events several times a year.
She is writing her autobiography which will be published soon.
She is breaking the taboo of child sexual abuse and emotional trauma allowing survivors to enter a place of healing in this world.
