<p>As realtor Ann-Cabell Baum with Glenwood Agency LLC notes, when the COVID pandemic hit, some people living in luxury condos set out to look for bigger spaces for more comfortable work-from-home experience. Some people even flocked to luxury townhomes for significantly larger spaces. As people sold their homes for upgrades, it showed realtors the real estate market wouldn't come to a grinding halt but rather the opposite.</p>
