In a nutshell, Len Giancola grew up in NYC and started his career on Wall Street. He eventually became the youngest Managing Director of the Americas for a global prime brokerage firm. After experiencing 9/11 firsthand, Len decided to cash in and retire from the financial industry and moved his family to Florida in 2004/5 to reinvent himself and enjoy more family time. Len entered the world of entrepreneurship and created the premier custom home building, vacation rental and real estate organization in NE Florida.
