Eviction Moratoriums - Fair or Unfair?

Alameda County and San Francisco both extended the COVID related evictions moratorium. That is over two and a half YEARS that landlords have potentially gone without getting paid rent. Is that fair? What would be fair? In todays show, I want to hear back from you on what you think! I offer what I think makes sense, but that does not mean it is the only solution out there.
