Joe Ferrin is the perfect example of how he got away from corporate and is now a full time RE investor
Joe started off like many of you in the RE world. He began by learning and hearing the stories of other people's success and knew it was something that he could learn. Joe went from 0-17 properties practically overnight and now is in the process of doing a lot more! Through his experience as a mechanical engineer, Joe realized that what he was doing for these big companies was something he could do himself.
