Alex has built his portfolio from leveraging partnerships and getting super creative to get deals with 40%+ cash on cash return! A simple way Alex was able to identify great partnerships is he wrote down all the names he could think of that he could possibly partner with. He didn't even think any of them would partner with him but he knew he could offer his knowledge and time to leverage their money and create a win-win situation. So he just reached out and said "Hey, I've been investing in real estate. If you want I can send you some deals to check out?" and guess what, all of them said Yes!
