Lisa shares her journey in real estate investing, starting with house hacking and eventually transitioning to larger multifamily properties. She emphasizes the benefits of house hacking, such as reducing housing expenses and building equity.
Lisa also discusses the importance of analyzing numbers and using financial analysis skills in real estate investing and explains how she was able to quit her W-2 job by carefully budgeting and determining her minimum income needs. Lisa's dream deal is to find a 30-50 unit seller finance deal, and she recommends the book Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. She also shares a costly mistake she made with an overbudgeted duplex sale.
