On a recent coaching call with one of my apprentices, we looked at some deals. One of his deals is in North Carolina and he sent a blind offer to the seller. His offer wound up being a bit too high to make good money on it, so we walked through things together. The beauty of using owner financing is that you can accept a lower cash offer and turn the remaining balance due into monthly payments. Charge some interest and you’ve got yourself some decent cash flow and profit coming in.
