Daniil Kleyman is one of the smartest guys I know in the real estate business. He’s here to talk about how he generates cash flow from the ground up and he’s doing some really cool things. Daniil and his family came to the US from Russia in ’92 just as the Berlin Wall fell and the country was experiencing crazy hyperinflation. He originally had a corporate job on Wall Street but started studying real estate because he wanted to build assets. After getting laid off during the 2008 crisis, Daniil went all in on real estate investing.
