Today's guest is mobile home park owner and operator, Andrew Keel. Andrew is an active MHP investor with 475 lots currently under management. He started out as a Lonnie Dealer, selling individual mobile homes out of several parks throughout central Florida. After graduating to the mobile home park investing scene and buying his first park in June of 2017, he has quickly amassed a 7-park portfolio and plans to grow to 10 total parks before years end. Andrew's strategy involves buying from direct from small Mom and Pop owners and improving management, ultimately increasing NOI.
