Michael Healy-Rae : Carpe Diem

My guest this week is politician and Kerryman, Michael Healy-Rae.We sat down to have a chat many months ago now but I think his philosophy on life is certainly something we could do with a generous injection of, particularly at the moment. He’s married to Eileen and they have five children and in this conversation we talk about many things; his recovery from an accident in his twenties, his parents, why he doesn’t sleep too much and how happiness can be cultivated.I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
