This week I sit down with Galway based Wellness coach Kathie Stritch.Originally from Cloonfad in Co. Roscommon, she lives in Galway with her partner Stephen andtheir little boy Freddie who’ll be 2 in November.She's one of the most impressive people I've ever met and brilliant at what she does but instead of talking to her about her career, in this conversation she shares some painful experiences that have shaped the woman she is today.6 years ago her world changed forever when her sister Elaine was diagnosed with a stage 4 brain tumour.
