The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is in the news again after charging Terraform Labs and its co-founder Do Kwon for allegedly perpetuating a $40 billion fraud. But what's inside the complaint has sent chills through the crypto industry, as the SEC expands its policy of what should be registered as a security.
